Controller and purposes

The data controller is Ilan Zajtmann. Information is collected solely to receive and process concert, press and artistic collaboration enquiries, as well as other messages submitted through the website.

Processing is based on the legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where a message concerns a potential engagement, on pre-contractual steps taken at the request of the person concerned.

Data and recipients

The form collects first name, last name, email address, the subject of the enquiry and the message itself. This information is intended for Ilan Zajtmann and the technical providers required to host, store and transmit the message, including FormSubmit for email notification.

The information is neither sold nor used for automated commercial prospecting.

Retention period

Information is retained for 12 months from the last relevant exchange. Messages are deleted when this period expires, unless a legal obligation or an ongoing engagement requires certain information to be retained.

Your rights

You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restrict its processing or object to it. To exercise these rights, use the contact form and select “Personal data”.

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.

External services

The website currently uses no audience measurement or advertising tools. The video page does, however, load thumbnails supplied by YouTube, which may establish a connection to that service’s servers when the page is displayed.
